1. Purpose
Webmasters add their websites to this paid directory to receive the following services: a) a high Pagerank link, direct and non-reciprocal b) PageMon feature, allows to prevent unauthorized modification of the webpage content c) Visual webpage's PR d) Number of incoming links as displayed by Yahoo! e) Number of indexed pages by Google and Yahoo! 2. Website eligibility The following websites are not allowed to participate in the Directory: * websites promoting racial, religious or sexual hatred, or illegal activities. * websites abusing SEO techniques to the extent of SPAM (containing duplicate content, using keyword staffing etc.) * underdeveloped and/or poorly designed websites, for example, containing broken links, or borrowing most of its content from other sites. * websites for which it can be determined that they are penalized by search engines (for example, not indexed by Google, Yahoo!). All of the above can be a reason for the administration to deactivate, temporarily or permanently, the website(s) or remove links to them upon our own discretion. 3.
